Ahead of the release of the Autumn Budget, we wanted to share a few helpful reminders about how Rendcomb College already supports families. We understand the pressures on today’s busy households, and these are just some of the ways we aim to add real value to your child’s education – and lighten the load for parents too.

An extra hour on us…

The Senior School day finishes at 5pm, but day pupils are welcome to stay on campus until 6pm at no additional cost. They’ll be supervised in their house and can use this time to complete homework before heading home.

If they’d like to stay beyond 6pm, supper is available for just £2.75, added to your end-of-term bill.

In the Junior School, pupils in Years 3–6 can also stay until 6pm, again at no extra charge, choosing between prep (homework) or one of our many free co-curricular clubs.

Active afternoons…

We’re proud to offer a wide range of co-curricular activities for both Junior and Senior pupils, all included in the fees. From mountain biking to Dungeons & Dragons Club and Harry Potter Club, there’s something for every interest and imagination.

Early start…

For Junior School pupils - from Nursery to Year 6 - we offer a complimentary Before School Club. Parents can drop off from 7.45am at no extra cost, giving families welcome flexibility at the start of the day.

Early Years Funding...

We accept the government 15-hour and 30-hour Early Years Funding until the term after a child turns five. This can be used against your fee bill in Nursery and Reception -because every little helps.

Stay, when it suits…

Alongside our day pupils and full boarders, many families make use of our flexi-boarding option. Pupils stay overnight for a few nights each term - perfect for trying out the boarding experience, or for families needing occasional overnight support.
