Cricket at Rendcomb has always been a major sport for the boys in the summer term, with our excellent fields and facilities the future is bright.

Cricket is a bat-and-ball team sport that originated in southern England. The earliest definite reference is dated 1598, and it is now played in more than 100 countries. There are several forms of cricket; at its highest level is Test cricket. Test cricket is followed in rank by One Day International cricket and 20/20 Cricket.

Rendcomb College has a 1st team, U15 team, U14 team, U13 team, U13B team which represent the College in a variety of matches and tournaments throughout the Summer Term. We have a very competitive fixture list against some big school like Cheltenham College, Wycliffe College, and Bristol Cathedral School. In all most teams get to play 7 to 10 matches each term depending on the weather.
