Junior School Parents' Association

Welcome to the Rendcomb College Junior School Parents’ Association.  The Parents’ Association or RCJPA aims to foster, support and advance the education and well-being of the Junior School pupils and the good future of the school.

The Parents’ Association Committee meets four times per year and acts as a consultative body interfacing between parents and the school. It includes a Social Team that organises social events for parents, pupils and staff. Funds raised are used for purchasing special school equipment and for children focused charities.

How to Contact Your Parents' Association Representatives:
Parents, staff and pupils are welcome to contact the Parents’ Association representatives. The RCJPA can be reached by e-mail at RCJPA@hotmail.co.uk .

Alternatively, correspondence can be posted in the suggestions box in the school office. Items to be considered for discussion at parents’ association meetings, or feedback relevant to previous meeting should be posted at least two weeks prior to the next meeting date. Items selected for discussion will be those of common interest.

Keeping You Informed:
Meeting dates are published in the school calendar, and in the Forthcoming Events page. You may obtain copies of the minutes from this web site or from Julia Nichols, Secretary to the Junior School Headmaster.

Class Representatives
Each class in the Junior School has a parent representative. The Class Reps act as a link between the RCJPA Social Team and parents. For the list of Class Reps see the Committee page.
