Park House
Enrichment - Camaraderie - Leadership - Independence – Enjoyment
The entry into the Sixth Form represents an important and challenging step in a student’s education. At Rendcomb our Sixth Form are based in Park House and its annex and the support and socialisation is central to the Sixth Form experience.
Park House opened in September 2001, providing mixed sex accommodation for the sixth form. The college has identified the sixth form house as pivotal in enabling students to make the transition from GCSE pupils to young adults within a supportive environment, not one governed by rules in the oppressive sense but rooted in the reasonable expectations that one might have of young adults.
All students have their own comfortable single study bedroom with full internet access. Shared facilities include fully equipped kitchens and a large attractive common room.
