3. Payment:
All fees and monies due from parents and guardians of pupils are required on or before the first day of term. If payment is late without just cause an administrative charge of £30 will be made, in addition to a monthly late payment charge of 1% on the outstanding balance.
The Governors reserve the right to request the withdrawal of a pupil if the bills are not paid on time.
4. Leaving:
A FULL TERM’S NOTICE (or a term’s fee in lieu) must be given by parents or guardians before a pupil is withdrawn. This notice should be received by the Headmaster on or before the first day of term.
The Governors will endeavour to give as much notice as possible of a rise in fees; however, they reserve the right to impose a surcharge at any time in the event of a sudden and unpredictable rise in school running costs.

5. Optional Extras:
Please note that a full term’s notice is required in writing to discontinue any optional extras, both to the Finance Office and the Director of Music.
Music Charges per term ( in arrears )
The charge for a 40-minute individual lesson is £21. For students studying at ABRSM Grade VI standard or above, and by arrangement with the Director of Music, provision can be made for longer lessons. Teachers aim to deliver no fewer than 30, and no more than 33, lessons over the course of the academic year. At an additional cost, sheet music is ordered through the College and students can be entered for practical examinations; all charges are made in arrears.
In order to make any significant changes to the arrangements for lessons, written notice of at least ten teaching weeks is required.
Instruments can be hired from the College at a charge of £40 per term, or part thereof. A termly charge of £15 is required for students who take lessons on the drum kit.
Students are encouraged to join ensembles and choirs, which are offered without charge
