Rendcomb Junior Speed Tables WinnersOur Junior budding mathematicians puzzled and calculated their way through a busy morning of mathematical fun and games. Every pupil on Maths Day participated in a range of activities. They spent time working on Mathletics, taking parts in quizzes and tackled the times tables speed challenge.

We were also fortunate enough to welcome a visiting theatre group who treated us to a production of ‘Calculating Mr. One’ – a Victorian maths mystery.

The winning house was Corinium and the speed tables champions were as follows:

               J4:     Bertie Parkes     2 mins 48s

               J5:     Edward Nichol   3 mins 2s

               J6:     Anya Pereira      2 mins 7s
