Nursery & Reception visit Roves FarmOn a wet and rainy Thursday, the Nursery and Reception classes visited Roves Farm in Sevenhampton.  The rain didn’t stop us having lots of fun and learning all about the farm animals.  We went on a tractor ride and stopped in the wetland for a minibeast hunt where we found a frog, a toad and lots of bugs.

After our delicious indoor picnic we enjoyed feeding lambs, holding rabbits, chicks and a guinea pig in the animal barn.

The hay maze and bouncy castle were very popular and we ended the day making our own woolly lamb pictures.

Daisy Cole: “I like finding the toad and playing in the hay maze.”
Alex Higuera: “My favourite bit was riding on the pedal tractor and feeding the lambs.”
