Recently the J2 class visited the Kitchen Studio at Waitrose in Cheltenham . First the children were given a tour of the shop which included the food hall and a behind scenes look at where all the merchandise is stored. Then with the help of the ladies in the kitchen studio, the class got creative and prepared a delicious couscous salad using lots of healthy ingredients.The children learnt lots of interesting facts about different types of vegetables but everyone agreed the best bit of the trip was creating their own tea to take home.The class was a credit to Rendcomb and several members of the public commented on how smart and polite the children were.
