Details of the method of paying in monthly instalments (via Amber Credit which carries a nominal charge), and for the capital payment of these fees in advance may be obtained from the School Accountant.

Payment

a.  All fees and monies due from parents and guardians of pupils are required on or before the first day of term. If payment is late without just cause an administrative charge of £30 will be made, in addition to a monthly late payment charge of 1% on the outstanding balance.

b.  The Governors reserve the right to request the withdrawal of a pupil if the bills are not paid on time.

Leaving

a.  A full term’s notice in writing ( or a term’s fee in lieu) must be given by parents or guardians before a pupil is withdrawn.  This notice should be received by the Headmaster on or before the first day of term. 

b.  The Governors will endeavour to give at least one term’s notice of a rise in fees; however, they reserve the right to impose a surcharge at any time in the event of a sudden and unpredictable rise in school running costs.

Optional Extras

Please note that a full term’s notice is required in writing to discontinue any optional extras.

Music   Charges per term (in arrears)

   
For J5 & J6   40 minute lesson is £21 per lesson.  

For students in J1-J4 the lesson length is arranged to suit and a  pro-rata charge is made.

Ensemble lessons given by specialist teachers or the members of the full time music staff are given free of charge

Hire of instrument is at the rate of £40 per term, or part thereof, although pupils are encouraged to have their own instruments

Learning Support                £17.50 per session

After School Creche            £6 per hour or part of
